All our puppies are sold on a puppy contract. This contract is to protect the puppy as he/she grows and the new buyers as well as the breeder and is available upon request.
Please do some research on the chesapeake as not everyone is the right owner for these dogs. They require someone with a stern hand at times. These dogs also will be your friend for life. We sell our pups to individuals who will love and care for their pup for the remainder of the pup’s life and treat them as we do ours.
When the puppies are on the ground, we do not allow visitation of the pups until they are 5 weeks of age. We highly suggest prospected puppy buyers come as often as possible during that 4 week period as the pups change on a weekly basis.
All our pups are introduced to birds, loud noises, water and are ready to go home at 9 weeks of age. At that time, they are ready to be eating regular puppy kibble. We suggest the kibble that they are currently on as a first bag for them.
Pups will have their first vaccine shot and completely wormed before going home. Dew claws are removed day 1-4. All pups will have a microchip implanted in them as well.
